Come December SP should be in Cookville. Where are them jasper Indians gonna be. At the house watching the game. Lol. All this hype for a probation or slap on the wrist. Didn’t jasper get off probabtion a few years ago?  
 

lmao all that hype for nothing. Kids will still be coming to SP to greatly enhance their chances of getting a full ride scholarship. heck 2 more years and bethels whole team will be from SP.  Best school in the valley. Hope they learned their lesson and cover that up a little better next time:roflol:

Old Pirate says time to talk facts about the difference between SP & Jasper.        A.  Jasper had large group of coaches participate in the Painting of their own field house & blaming SP students & Fans. 1- Coaches collaborated to break into SP coaches offices and taking game playbook, adjustment schemes or whatever. 2- Paying former college player, full grown man to suit up of practice against minors. This corruption made ESPN. 3- Knowingly & deliberately practicing in the dead season. TWO Jasper coaches collaborated, one of which was in the 1st corruption secretly met with & recruited a player in their locker room.                                                SP.    Jasper coaches, fans, supporters collaborated to attack the SP football coaches & program with numerous lies & totally false accusations. The TSSAA found two of the accusations False/Untrue/Lies. The lone charge consisted of an unnamed person or persons not part of the school that reached out to a family during the covid pandemic & shutdowns. The charge of recruiting in this particular case needs to be challenged in the courts.  Figure coacht Fellers ain’t skillet heads enough to not recognize the huge difference between South Pittsburg High School vs Jasper Jailhouse High School.  DeFense Rests:       YepReconSo

I read the article. Didn’t see anything mentioned about Jasper collaborating against SP. Please tell me your source. Since according to you we are talking “facts”.

      Basically what you're saying is schools can basically bully students around and get away with it because they are protected. I agree to a certain extent but when schools decisions to keep knuckleheads on staff starts costing kids careers and a college education there is a problem. Our school system last week had a teacher supposedly push a kid and the parents went to the law and the teacher is suspended. So I wouldn't say that they can just do what they want without liability. This case don't pass the smell test because the coach had already been fired before and she got fired after a year on the job. Sounds like the student was right in this case on the outside looking in because the coach gets fired after one year. How many coaches get fired after one year?? Not many.

      Problem with DB football goes beyond coaching. Like Waco said. Thr band is the main focus of their community and school. They have the resources to be a championship level team. Guarantee Ballard or Witten could have them nationally relevant at some point but everyone down to peewee would have to buy in and at DB we all know that would never happen.

      I know the RB from OR he’s fast and has good hands. Is good on special teams also. Didn’t want to play defense over to the Ridge.
