Very true , if you are out manned speed wise it’s all about fundamental tackling and angles to negate the speed ! We have had to deal with Milan thru the years which helps us ! They consistently have at least one of the fastest in the state ! I will say this I don’t know we are where we are at for the last several years without the Milan rivalry pushing us ! LC will have the fastest skill guys against anyone they pLay this year it’s just how you coach your D against it !!!!

Speed is not the worry for LC. Line play on both sides and conditioning will determine the winner of this game.

Dang it. I’m on a job site in the middle of nowhere and it’s hard to get a decent signal. About to close up shop and head to UC AKA TORNADO ALLEY.  Guys, y’all remember something. UC has had tremendous speed only a couple of times over the years. We are accustomed to playing behind the eight ball when it comes to blistering speed. We have a plan in place to contain or at least control the amount of long plays that can come from the speed demons out there. LC will break some runs but in the end you have to be able to get your hands on the ball to be able to use your speed.
