Milan @ Melrose 4A Rd 1

So the Dawgs pulled out a big win last night against North Side to finish with the 3 spot in the region. Team has won 3 of their last 4 and are playing pretty good right now. Can we go into Orange Mound and pull out a win?  I hear Melrose has a wide out that may be one of the fastest kids in the state. What say you all???

I like the formula from last night. No turnovers, pound the rock, solid defense and sound on special teams and I like our chances.

I believe Melrose gave Haywood their toughest game

Melrose has a very electric WR very fast but the running back #8 i believe is faster. If he gets to the edge he is gone, the QB throws good balls and is elusive, they are an undiscipline team, it’ll be chippy. It will be up to your team to control it. Y’all should win. Their head coach is former WR for the Steelers Cedric Wilson
