I am an Oak Ridge fan and we have a former player in the NFL, Tee Higgins WR Bengals. Tee does show joy after making a big play. He doesn't get flaged for it because it isn't directed at another player.

Totally enjoyed watching Tee grow up and play. And you are right, I can't ever remember him showing up an opposing player after a catch or score.

Tee was a class act at OR. IMO, best athlete to ever play football at OR,  Great teammate, hardest worker on the team,  practiced extremely hard, good student, friendly, smart cool guy.  We are extremely proud of Tee and the way he represents the City of Oak Ridge.
