played webb in the summer.  lost on a last second shot by Webb.  Loretto is definitely one of the best in the state.

Definitely not getting any calls. Didn’t figure we would. They tried to kill us last year when we played in MS. Plus, we look tired. Game last night and early today has gotten us a little.

Loretto up 30-28 at half in a battle in Tupelo.  Not counting missed foul calls, refs have missed numerous change of possession calls all in favor of Tupelo.  This was expected based on past experiences, but not any less frustrating.  Girls looking tired, Karly is visibly frustrated.  Ally's composure has been big for us so far.

Having to fight will only help them come tourney time.

Look gassed for sure. Taking lead into half is good sign. Karly being defended closely and still has 13. Special player she is!! She’s not getting foul calls in MS, but still producing. Expect Loretto to win by 10+

Game last night didn’t help. A lot of shots are on line but short. We’re a little dead legged but we’re battling.

Loretto up 44-33 after 3.  Refs finally started calling fouls.  Super inconsistent, but not as egregious as first half.  Girls are having to drive more often because 3's aren't falling.

Loretto 61- Tupelo 44

Super proud of the Lady Mustangs. Great win in that gym against that team. Thought it might get out of hand there for awhile with how physical it got but the girls handled it.

Loretto beats Tupelo 61-44.  Heck of a game after a 2 hour drive and on gassed legs!

Karly was bodied all game, mostly uncalled, and she let that fuel her to 26 points.  Being frustrated only made her tougher and more determined.  Big game by a lot of our girls!  Ally with several big blocks and steals, cozart with some great minutes (she improves every game), tough play by Laney, Buttrum, and the Clifton sisters!  Just a heck of a showing when your outside shots weren't falling!
