Ok, if you want to play that game, you would need to remove y’all‘s punt return from the scoreboard and we can call it 7-0 with 11 minutes remaining…

Word is a freshman starts at QB. Two players are injured and may miss the season. Both are key guys on offense and defense. If either can't play this year there will be a huge drop off with the backups. A 2 hour drive to face a tough 4A opponent tonight and then next week 6A Rockvale in a jamboree for a team that can't afford any injuries. Other than that we're fine.

I'm not as plugged in as @Salem by a long shot. I still think i can add value here

- the system has been run by the kids since they were 3 years old. it does what it does and has the weaknesses that all know about

- the kids will play hard. 

- they will win about 2/3 of their games but will have baffling lapses in execution. 

- coaching decisions will be terrible.  plays that work will be abandoned. kids with the hot hand will be rotated out, barring them from establishing momentum. 

- if he should go for it, he will kick. if he should kick, he will go for it. 

- pass defense will be suspect with kids no where near the ball

- they will lose at least one game to an inferior opponent. 

- they will have a chance to beat a superior opponent, but wont

- 6-4, 7-3 finish, winning 1 playoff game

Rejoined Smith—family matter not program related-all the best to him, he’ll be a difference maker for that program as he would’ve been for Cascade…
