Whether you like him or not , he did a great job of promoting Tennessee football.

That's my point, and I'm not contradicting anyone about Fair's in depth knowledge of teams...I personally thought that his "book" was no more than the coach's surveys that were compiled, and his poll was more of a composite of what a lot of others' opinions to Murphy was. No matter how "cheesy" and shallow it was, Murphy was the guy who made it happen first.

I follow him on Twitter.   I don't know him.

Unfortunately he hasn't got anyway to purchase his book other than credit card so I'll have to pass.

Me too, and I was looking forward to finding out if he had "real" opinions on different regions and classifications. PayPal would have been nice, and would have made DS more money.

I think D Stew will do a good job.  Anxious to see how the book turns out.  I'm sure it could evolve over time with input from fans & hopefully other methods of payment will be implemented.

Yeah really disappointed in the no Paypal option.  It would be nice if he could put some on eBay or Etsy so Paypal could be used.

I have usually read the Murphy man's book by now. Can't find this new one anywhere. Season starts next week. Not much need for a preseason book during the season.

Did you not read the fine print?

No refunds after you see D Stew's pole

    • No reasonable lawyer would take up this case. I am not a lawyer, but I know school law in and out.  Similar situations just like this play out thousands of times each year across the country, even at the college level (i.e. Ole Miss)  The Plaintiff's never win...ever.  If I am wrong, please provide a legal precedent for me. I will be waiting.  https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/39431892/judge-drops-ole-miss-player-lawsuit-lane-kiffin
    • Yes Justin Cruse was named head coach
    • It used to be, I think it still is, a change of 20% +/- gives reason to reclassify. Schools can choose to play up classifications but not down. Here is the mid cycle reclassification info on TSSAA.org When Memphis East changed from a regular public school to an "all-optional" school in 2017 the would've dropped to A but chose to stay in AAA in basketball (baseball, and softball) Penny was still coaching there and with the players they had they would've beaten A teams by 40 and slept walked to the championship. Other Memphis schools stayed in their classifications (mostly in basketball) until the next reclassification cycle. Of course this is the same time that a 4th class was added basketball.
