That one was legit, ball wasn't even there yet. No way to prove it but my guess, that was intentional.

There isn’t a “targeting” rule in Tennessee high school football. There is helmet to helmet contact “ref gives personal foul signal followed by placing his fist to the side of his head” or could be flagged as unnecessary roughness. If unnecessary roughness is deemed flagrant or a dead ball then ejection is possible depending on circumstances. No ejection for helmet to helmet in high school.

I agree about the inconsistency with Rockwool.  Close is one thing, but 35 - 0 gets some attention regardless.

It’s because Sweetwater is just superior. I told you all that their running backs are awful and the linemen was even worse. It looked like Sweetwater was playing a junior varsity team.

Rockwood isn't bad. Sweetwater is just alot better this year than normal.

I remember when Sweetwater was a perennial power and Rockwood as well.  It has been weird for me seeing Sweetwater down for so long.

I use to go watch them in big games in the 90's they were really good in those days
