you guys have numbers (more schools so more fans so your message board is more active) but I think lipscomb academy has as much passion as any small town school because we have that feel in a big city.  and to top it off, our team is pretty good these days.

I agree.They tried that in Illinois & voted it down heavily.I hate when these public schools win state then say oh we would have beat that private state champion but then if they lost to them would cry the privates are recruiting.The 2 biggest recruiters are public schools btw.I think the private schools should split from TSSAA & not play public schools in any sport

wholeheartedly agree that Public schools do A LOT of recruiting, especially in Middle Tn.  The two highly touted offensive players for Oakland were D2-AAA transfers.

You have the option to be independent at anytime. Nobody forces a school to be in the TSSAA.

yeah with the car headlights!  my kid took a pic from the pressbox that ended up all over social media.  5 sec of fame.

Now you know public schools don't recruit.....people transfer there for the better education
