Referees are a joke. SP blocks a punt Murphy recovers short of the first down line then refs give them possession back.

Even if he doesn’t make it past the first down marker? That makes 0 sense. Why even try to block a punt in case you deflect it and the other team recovers?

Sorry my answer was if it is blocked and its behind the LOS they can advance it.I was told they advanced it after the block.
