GeneralForrest
Marion 21-7, 28-14, something like that. Marion fans talking about their "bad" team. They have a much different baseline than Forrest fans do. A bad Marion team could make Semis. A bad Forrest team might score 9 points in 4 games. Forrest is not as good as last year. That "better" Forrest team conceded and kicked a FG down 21-0 last year in the first half. Shortly into the 2nd half it was 35-3, Marion. I am not ruling a beatdown out. I am ruling out a Forrest win.

TheTruthPrevails
Has Forrest ever beaten Marion? Seems like they did in the playoffs one year but I can't remember.
Pirate2003
Looking at your schedule it seems Bledsoe was the best team left. You should finish 7-3 barring no more injuries. Forrest will be chasing your backs from behind a lot in this game.

They will have a tough game in Decatur at the end of the regular season, Meigs has got some players back and are staying to look good on both sides of the ball. I am not ruling a beatdown out. I am ruling out a Forrest win. I can promise this will be a low scoring affair. Marion had hopes of being better by the end of the year this year than last, but with the injury bug that just isn't gonna happen. Still trying to find a rhythm or figure an identity. The defense has looked a little better after a disastrous start, but really I'm not sure if that is attributed to competition or they have actually gotten better. Spread teams have always given us fits.
