When Josh was hired at Bearden some of his detractors on this forum claimed he was nothing but a little league coach.

This isn't directed toward Josh, but any coach can look good when they have good players. Look at Karns for example. Without Bishop, I don't believe Karns would've won hardly any games this year. Well, maybe 1 or 2.

Josh apparently pulled the athletes out of the school.  Don't ever underestimate a good salesman.  Especially one that can coach.

Bearden has always had athletes, they just needed a coach who could get them out on the field.
