Everyone keeps talking about Speed and everyone knows PC has it but it’s not like AC hasn’t faced teams with Speed this year (Powell, Science Hill, Fulton, Greeneville, Elizabethton, and Redbank all had speed) and have some of their own.  What AC does well is Swarm towards the Ball and can read the line really well to tell where the ball is going.  They have a MLB that is committed to Navy and are pretty big across the board.

It’s a difference between having speed and using your speed! We’ll see Saturday tho.

The Mavs are senior heavy, experienced and well disciplined. Most of not all the teams we have played have had most of the penalties. It's hard to guard all of our weapons at the same time without holding or interference with the receivers. IMO this is what we have experienced over the 14 games.

Absolutely there is and if you think these teams I mentioned didn't use their speed well I would go watch some film on them.  Like I said what AC does well is swarm to the ball and diagnosing a play and taking up that lane/space so everyone can get there.  PC might win but it won't be based on Speed alone like some of you all think

You spread the Wealth around too to 4 different receivers and Two Bruising backs also.  #14 is my favorite with his body use at 6'4 and sure hands.  There is a reason he has D1 offers with Iowa being the biggest one

I’m from Elizabethton. I saw AC twice in person. I’ve watched Haywood on film.  I’d say yes,  AC is better. But, in the grand scheme of things, we’re talking about high school kids who can get up for a game or be intimidated by the the stage. So, all our analysis may go out the window?

That's very true swipes. The run game has really opened up the pass and likewise.

Not gonna lie, film can lie. PC rolled in and by their players demeanor that thought they were gonna roll us with no issue.. but carry on

While we have weapons all over field PC may have a jump on punt and kick returns. Luckily we have I think one of best if not best kicker for touchbacks in the state.
