I may be wrong but I always thought they decided before state who the winners were. I know one thing. Gold Ball is the gift that keeps on giving. I turned on our film the last couple of days when we won it last. After a tough loss I turn it on.

But no offense to Kylie but her sister Mikaela is a little better & a junior! Her & Savanna will be one of the best duo’s in the state in the state Yes those were the top in each class that I saw at the state tournament and I watched all the games. The Reynolds sisters are pretty solid too! I know the gold ball is more important to these girls than Miss Basketball but it’s still a nice honor

BallIsLife1
The award is said to be a regular season award. So it will definitely be interesting to see. I think Lawson is the most complete player of the 3. Johnson is the anchor to Upperman and Bailey is a solid player.
IPOPU2022
Ramsey from Unaka is most definitely the best 1A player in the State this Season. IF the Award is for the most complete player on any team regardless of record then she will win.

Is she a senior and is she continuing her basketball career in college? With those kind of career stats and character, I think she deserves the recognition and I hope she wins Miss Basketball. The only reason Savanna Davis isn’t nominated this year is because of her injury she sustained during the season. That same injury is the only reason McKenzie had 7 losses

Her whole team did for that matter but they were on a mission.

She played hurt a lot of the first half of season and still led in scoring.
