what about Bledsoe County, they beat York last year and now they are in that much weaker region.

They did beat York in week 1 of the year.  York was definitely a different team later in the year

From your list I can tell you peabody will not be a top 10 team and maybe not even a playoff team.  Huntingdon and Riverside I would put as co #1.  Stangs are loaded!

Agree and both teams are very well coached.

Also, he must have missed that Smith County lost their star QB, which should knock them back a few spots.
