7 on 7 Camps being used by poachers to restock their rosters. ers

How many coaches need to learn these camps are a good way to go and lose your best players. The host schools are using these as a recruiting tool. Some coaches need to watch the old Twilight Zone episode called How to Serve Man before taking your kids to one of these camps and coming back home without your best player.

Let's understand that it's not just the host schools that could possibly poach kids!  Every team at those camps along with teams that are not at the camps are capable of poaching/stealing kids. With the inept TSSAA and the idiots on the Board of Control high school athletics in Tennessee has major problems. With the laws regarding NIL money being what they are today combined with the TSSAA rule that allows boarding schools to bring in kids that have already established an athletic record at a previous school and those kids are immediately eligible creates a major problem.  The TSSAA D2 schools along with the D1 schools voted unanimously to require all kids that have an established athletic record and are transferring to a boarding school to be required to sit out one year.  The Board of Control which is primarily public school's administrators voted the proposal down.  Unfortunately, the TSSAA and Board of Control is out of touch with reality and the only way to fix the organization is to blow it up and start again from the beginning.

Stop it already.

No player is going to be "poached" unless they and their parents are looking to be "poached".  It's a two-way street.

Some of you need to take off the tin foil hats.

Well just tell your coach to don’t participate in 7on7 and keep it between the lines.

You said it right exactly, the parents. My old coach went to those midget league football games all the time rubbing elbows with the parents making best of friends on a one on one basis just like their doing with the 7 on 7. Nothing wrong with that just saying the 7 on 7 camps are a great venue for a smart recruiter. Actually I admire Mr. Lowe and Mr. Jones for not setting on their butt's trying to make a something out of nothing and building a winner while these other coaches set around and complain and try and keep a score card on all their moves.

Relax, your wife's new boyfriend is nothing to worry about

And by the way, talking about somebody else's wife on a message board says a lot about your character.

Enjoy hanging with the rest of the knuckleheads on my ignore list.
