Firstly, If you are going to insult a man at least spell his name correctly.

I don't know the situation intimately, but Hayworth seemed set up for failure at Grundy. Hired two weeks before the first season, then Covid took another offseason, etc. Also, it's not like Grundy has done much of anything since he left.

Two games into his FC tenure seems way to early to say he will wash out there

No dog in race and don't care, but just because you played the game and played at a high level and was good as he was really good! don't mean you can coach it and are able to relate to kids just saying.
