horse
Hopefully the Mustangs can get a win and get the season on track.
Croppygenius
The Cardinals have never beaten the Mustangs. I don't think that's gonna change this year. Young Stangs have taken a lot of grief over the Mckenzie loss. Figure they're ready to play well to shut everyone up. Homecoming so look for a capacity crowd. Cardinals are 2-0 so they should have some confidence. Looking forward to some crisp hitting!
stangsby3
A bit quiet in here. What are the expectations against Adamsville? Hopefully the coaches have them working on not turning the ball over and hitting before the whistle and not afterwards. Hoping the Mustangs can get a dominating win this week and get back on track. For me personally, I hope they are working on some play calling and execution. Week 1 was a lackluster performance.
1983
Mustangs will get back on track this week with a big win. I hear they have made a few changes on the offensive line.
SpottedGoat
IMO, Adamsville wins weren't exactly statements. They have some size & can move the ball. At any rate, they should be fired up. All the talk of Huntingdon's mishaps would have to be confidence boosters & with a bye week, the 'Stangs haven't had a chance to silence the noise or work out season nerves like teams that have played 2 games by now. What the heck, I'll take Adamsville in fiery game right to the end.

Tigersandcats
I pull for Adamsville unless there playing Hardin county or McNairy central. But with that said I cannot see them hanging with Huntington in this game.
QuickStrike
Stangs will get it together and roll big in this one!
Croppygenius
Last time the Cardinals and Mustangs met was in 2008 which was Swenson's first year as head coach. I saw the Cardinals last at the jamboree in Lexington last year. What I remember most is how good the Adamsville JV's looked. So I know theirs some talent down around the state line. Homecoming so Paul Ward stadium will be rocking Friday night. You Cards come on up the best football venue in west Tennessee.
utvol2
Most of the posters from A’ville left when their kids graduated or took up a different hobby I guess! I don’t get on here much anymore just because it can be too time consuming! I do believe this will be a good game and will be pulling for my Cards to win! Hope your concession folks can make a good cheeseburger! Here’s to a great game and no injuries for either team!!
stangsby3
No online tickets for this game? All I'm seeing for Huntingdon is the JCM game for October 6th.
sportsnutz
I think Adamsville has a decent team. Or at least they have been competitive the last couple years.. They should not be on the same level as Huntingdon, though. I expect Huntingdon to win this one by a fairly large margin. That being said, if the Mustangs can't handle this one with ease, we are farther off this year than what I thought we were.
