how was your experience at Meadowsview @TribalEmpire would love to hear. Hope it was better than my opinion.

Seen that Oak Ridge and Maryville are both in the Arby's this year.  Hopefully D-B will get to play one or both sometime during the tournament.  Excited to see the Cats and Rebels.

Got there early enough to sit courtside both days, so it wasn't too bad.  I wouldn't want that to be a regular venue for us though.  :D

@StarBright87 I have on our schedule that we play y'all later in the season at the Bearcat Den in the Big Shots showcase, but someone told me the other day we were playing George Wythe instead.  Do you know which is the case?

I believe it's George Wythe and that tournament is annoying, it's set-up like Rucker Park basketball someone is on the microphone talking through the whole game, it's there to try to give the kids more exposure for college and BALLISLIFE is there with their film crew filming trying to help out

Oh Lord... I hate it already.

The FCA Northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia all star game is the same way.  I love Gary Maggard, but wished he wouldn't do running commentary during the whole ordeal.  Drives me insane.

South Green did not get mercy ruled in this game. They are a solid team. University High will not win the state championship this season. They are a solid team but will not win it.       Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
