Who do you think will be a "sleeper" team this year? My vote goes to Soddy Daisy High School in Chattanooga.

Antioch. They have a really good back in Coker. Really young last year as well.

Fairview should be better than they were last year. They have alot bigger line and alot more talented, and should make it fare in the playoffs.

Whitwell Tigers will be tough to handle this year. 6-5 280 senior tackle (Tidwell) is a good place to start. Jeremie Griffith (QB), Peardon (FB), and another Austin (Stephen) (wing) are all seniors and are hungry for another chance in the playoffs. They have a total of 14 seniors that have played all 4 years. Better not take this team lightly or it will be embarassing, ASK THE SENIORS FROM BOYD-BUCHANAN TWO YEARS AGO!!

They should be scary in a few years. They started 5 freshmen this past season. The Dye kid will be special.They started several sophomores also.

 

Does the Clinton quarterback come back this year? Mario Foley is what I think his name was. He was impressive.

Clinton started 2 seniors, 4 jr's, 11 soph and 5 freshman...

Ron - Foley will be a senior this year. They are a team who has the potential to be drasctically improved, record wise.

Foley won't be playing this year due to an eligibility issue. Clinton will be hurting at QB. IMO, they're still a couple years away from competing in 3-4A.

Bearden is full of young talent and could surprise people this year....

Even though Ridgeway won State in 3A, people aren't giving them any respect going into 4A, but I believe that they are going to raise some eyebrows this year. With the arm of QB prospect Will Hudgens leading the way, they should be a tough team to beat this coming year, despite what some say.
