Gleason has a pretty young team this year with 9 8th graders...not to mention the several freshman. Where are all the seniors going nowdays...well anyway i dont think they'll need them...these girls are experienced and hard workers. GOOD LUCK LADY DAWGS!

Backoff i agree with u, Noone thinks that Soddy has anything since they lost so much, but everything they lost was gained back and then some!! Ive heard about ur three freshman, Nicky Waters, Katie Blevins, and Amanda Johnson! Good Luck this year Coach Kirk i know u can do it again!!!!

I enjoyed everyones comments on the new talent coming in. My vote goes to Colby Wherry at Beech. I have seen a lot of great talent over the years, but this young lady is special. She can do it all. They had her at catcher, short, and third at Beech playday. Has good bat, range, glove, etc. I was also VERY impressed with the freshmen at Soddy.

Brooke Heriges, a freshman from Hume-Fogg will be one to watch out for over the next four years. She pretty much does it all. She plays just about anywhere and does so well. She also has a good bat and she is extremely dedicated. She is definitely a huge asset to the Hume-Fogg team.

Sequatchie has 10 freshman on the 20 player roster, some of them have done some good things in scrimmages. When they start doing some good things in real games you'll be able to read it here .

Hey guys you are forgetting a young lady in Athens at McMinn County.

Brittainy Fox Sophmore pitcher. Could be the best pitcher in that district. Very tough and has great control of all her pitches.

The New lady's seem to be showing up the upper class-ladies that they can play... in play day tourny's like Mt.J/Beech/Hendersonville...talk it up!!! the ladies read the boards too!

How about Richland's Sara Old-3rd base-short stop, she played summer ball with the Columbia Challengers last summer. (Junior this year)!!
