Just to make an interesting topic I wanted to see what everyone's opinions are on who they would pick for thier top 5-10 players to step on the floor for thier respected high school basketball team. I know there are some schools to bring a lot of great players through thier school, but what school would have the best team if they combined the best players of the last 20 years or so on their team.

Adamsville- '90-'05 All-Stars

(First Team)

C- Jeremy Harbin

PF- Matt Hoover

SF- Dominique Shoate

SG- Tyler Qualls

PG- Dustin Perkins

(Second Team)

C- Anthony Brooks

PF- Seth Massey

SF- Tyrone Luster

SG- T.J. Robinson

PG- Nathaniel Root

A_Alexander2 like the idea want to make a few changes though on this one,

(first team)

C- Anthony Brooks (6'11 played proffesional ball over seas)

PF- Dominique Shoate ( had the ability to play big just not the grades with his quickness he could be dominate on this team)

SF- Matt Hoover ( better on the wings than Shoate and best player to ever play at Adamsville also played Pro ball overseas)

SG- Seth Massey ( greatest pure shooter to be at Adamsville)

PG- Kevin McClain ( and yet not as big of score as Perkins he is the only point to play at Adamsville who could distribute the ball to all of these players (he shoots to bad to take any shots himself) lol just kidding McClain)

(Second Team)

C- Alonszo Sutton

PF- either Preston Brooks or Luke Rogers ( Preston older Bro. of Anthony, Luke could jump out of the Gym)

SF- Steven Wheeler ( All time Leading scorer at Adamsville could score at will)

SG- Daniel Gibbs ( Now you could Put Qualls here but Gibbs is the only player to hit 10 3's in one game at Adamsville)

PG- Nathanial Root ( only Cardinal to play D-1 Basketball, but you could make an arguement for Perkins)

Now there have been some great players left out here, T.J Robinson, Tyler Qualls, Dustin Perkins, Tyrone Luster, Sam "Jug" Robinson, BOTH Jeremy and Jalen Harbin, Bubba Hoover, but these two teams i beleive you could put on the floor and they would be able to play together without conflict.

    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching stuff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching stuff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
    • After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet?    Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.
    • Yeah and the coach is gone. Whole bizarre situation here. We played them a couple of times at MTSU last few years. She was a player for sure.
    • This whole situation is bonkers. You don’t just kick your star player off the team just because you heard them say the F word; the coach definitely had something against the player, or somebody definitely did. Also, nobody has brought up the idea that the school blackmailed the college to get the college to withdraw the scholarship offer, not to mention that the coach who kicked her off is no longer even with the program; they were fired. I think this is a pretty easy lawsuit. I don’t know if she should deserve that much money, but I think she should get enough money for a full-ride scholarship if she cannot get one after this situation.
    • Oh yeah, I’m sure you are different people just always on the same thread for some reason, always agreeing with each other, perhaps just a bunch of dorks who would like to ###### and moan about high school football coaches do a lot of other students, so you make a football team and get a yell at them. When they do something wrong, but I’m sure you don’t like that, do you?   and I’m sure I’m aware of where you get information. A teacher who was on the coaching staff but was fired after the new coaching and staff came in and realized he actually had to start taking his assistant job a little bit more seriously than just wanting to make a little extra cash on the side, hardly even showing up to most practices, should’ve left with his buddy to go to Farragut. I’m sure he could get him a defensive coaching job, but I doubt he will be there in three years. Looking at the way Farragut is currently going.
