This is the most asinine statement I have ever seen, I never said you couldn't hold different opinions or ague against others. You are completely manipulating my statement into something it never was. In no way am I a fascist, nor was I ever imposing on your constitutional right of free speech. You're reasoning is ridiculous and I'm probably going to call you out next time you put another bogus post on here, so watch what you say snoblower.

 

if that's most asinine thing you've ever read then, you haven't been around very long. maybe "Fascist" was hitting a lil below the belt, but all i have done is answered your questions of who i am and were i obtained my rights. as far as calling me out goes..............you won't be the 1st. B)

PREseason picks:

 

1. Friendsship Christian

2. Trousdale Co.

3. South Pitt

4. Hampton

5. Jackson Christian

6. Mt. Pleasent

7. Coalfield

8. Lake Co.

9. Gordonsville

10. Jo Byrns

 

region 4 will send two teams to the quarterfinals and 3 teams to the 2nd round. region 4 will also bring home the gold again.

Yes..Springer is back along with the tailback,Yancey and also the Falcons return speedster Sep Valentine,Bogan at linebacker and two presaeson all-state players in Quentin Jones and Kevin Copeland...I also look for a sophomore Matt Irwin to make some noise in the backfield

We will probley win the district and will go deeper in the state playoffs but after the second round i dont know how we will do after that. Football you have to have a lot of deph. we dont have the kind of deph that can win a state champ. If we have key injuries to key players( springer, jones, bogan, copelin) then i think we will lose a whole lot of games to district oppenents named union city and others. But when football season is over expect Lake County to be one of two favorites to win state in basketball. The other will be union city. But i think that those two will be the favorites to win state in the round ball.

how do you have jo byrns 10th... dont they have like 2 players predicted to be on the all state team?

i believe they do but not sure, but regardless one or two all-state players means little. Looking at the past there are teams with All-state players who had to fight hard just to make playoffs. You cannot base a teams ideal performance all on one or two players. It is a team sport.

True, but Jo Byrns will not be 10th, trust me! They will finish higher then that.

That is mere speculation. although i do in fact agree with you, it is all a guess as to who will finish where, when, or with what trophy. Pre-season polls are nice, and pre-season all state teams are nice, but all that really matter in high school football is how it ends. If a team starts ranked number one with eleven all state players, they can end it unranked with none. Likewise red-boiling springs could somehow beat everybody, win state and have seven all-state players. So while starting positions are good, and give everyone things to talk about, the only spots that matter are at the end.

      The facility is a dump. I haven't seen all the playing fields across Tennessee but this is the worst one I have seen in East Tennessee. I could take you to a handful of old fields that haven't had a high school in sixty years left to youth leagues that are a heck of a lot better shape than this place.

      There are some potentials internal to the school system. Due to timing of this, that may be the route they go. If so, I'd say a few names would be, Brandon Eden, Kyle Gregory, or BJ West. Eden and Gregory have only been assistants at the HS level but may express interest. West has not been on the HS staff but has been HC of the Middle school that last few years and word on the street has been that he is highly interested. There may be others as well.    Going outside of the school system, a few names come to mind: Rennard Woodmore, Adam Keeton, and Josh Hackett. But I have no idea if any would be interest.

      Sure, we can talk about it if you want to. Do you want to talk about zoning for Oak Ridge over the past 10 years with some kids from west? Lol. I don’t think so. I see your point, especially for a private school that stinks at football, but I’m just saying that you said the running back who is arguably one of the best transfers from TKA that West got is Zoned for West, and that’s just incorrect.
