Who is the band that u come to a football game to watch?

I ment whos band do u like seein at a football game and i am talking bout bands no bout anything else i just want to know who has the best band so gosh everybody dont have to leave some kind of harsh comment just give me you opinion bout who has the best band or the band u like to c.

Its funny how these people can come on here saying they never have nor never will go to see the band at the game, but yet their reading the band forum!?! Anyways, I have been going to Walker Valley games the past few years just to see the band.

pretty sure when we dont have games or practices ill go to local game just to see the bands and hang out with the band kids... even if i dont know them

My sister and I both went to Dobyns-Bennett and were in the band program. The size of the band has nothing to do with the quality of performance and sound of this great band. The music is extremely hard as is the marching. I went to london with the band as we were invited to attend the millenium day parade. I also went the peach bowl, orange bowl, and sugar bowl. Every one of the bands afore mentioned trys extremely hard. But it is my opinion that D-B is just the better band in Tennessee. Also to help with the size of D-B's band they split up the band into two. One to play for the crowds at the football games. And one for the competitions. Imagine how hard it is for the students that march both.

Interesting comments from a poster named after a school with one of the best bands in the Chattanooga area. In fact, seems like the Cleveland band usually wins more contests than the Cleveland football team each year....

I've got to agree that the Dobyns-Bennett Band program is in a class of it's own. It's amazing what that program is able to accomplish.

Thats crap. The band gets the fans and team pumped up. Last year our football team had a crappy season but our band rocked and alot of ppl said that the only reason that they came to the football games was because of our band. This year we got a new director and our football team wasn't much better and ticket sales declined.

I loved watching the Pearl-Cohn band this season. They had lots of energy and enthusiasm right off the bus!
