Comparing common opponents and scores doesn't accomplish much. Temple beat Lookout Valley by around 20, Lookout Valley beat Whitwell. That doesn't mean Temple will win but it's the other side of the argument. Silverdale is a lot better even from the start of the season, too, lost to Lookout Valley by 6. Maybe that means they'd beat Whitwell by 1 point, if the common opponent thing worked. All that being said, I say Temple 28 Whit 14.

This ought to be an interesting game.

Whitwell is coming into this game with two straight losses. One against Marion Co. and the other against Lookout Valley.

 

Temple enters this game undefeated, but seemed to struggle against a very disciplined Silverdale squad on Friday night.

 

If Temple can stop the running game of Whitwell they will get the W, but if they can't it could be a different story.

 

I believe the Crusaders will get the victory over the Tigers in this battle at Finley Stadium on Thursday night.
