Riverdale at Lebanon

I am just glad this one is not a Homecoming game for us and there is not a hurricane in the gulf warming up to make this one a game in a monsoon! /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":lol:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

 

It is gonna be interesting to see how many LaVergne and Smyrna fans are gonna be pulling for R'dale this week in this game.

 

Our team WILL play tough and not take this one for granted. Too much pride and common sense to do anything else.

If you can't get up for this game then something is wrong. Lebanon is one of my favorite stadiums with plenty of seating and a good view of the game. The only problem is you feel like you need a police escort to get to your car after the game. Hopefully that is under a little better control.

 

Lebanon has got up and played great in the games that have counted this year. Sounds like they have quite the bag of tricks we have to prepare for.

 

This game is important for a lot of reasons. For one thing, nobody wants to be headed to Cookeville for a first round playoff game. Cookeville seems to really be coming on. Cookeville, LC, and CC are all playing well right now over in 3-5A.

 

What will the region race be looking like on Saturday morning? I'm expecting at least one of the 0-3 teams will survive...maybe even two. To remain in control of our own destiny the Warriors gotta win this one.

I pick The Warriors!!! Lebanon seems to be suffering from some internal finger pointing right now. I talked to several devil fans at the game last Friday who were very displeased with several things going on at LHS, including all the trickery playcalling. Being #3 in the county rivalry can't feel too good to a team once listed in the top 10. Me, I would love to be 2-1 in the region and could live with being #3 in the county.

I can tell you without hesitation all smyrna should be for riverdale

 

lebanon loses smyrna can control their own destiny without tie breakers since they still play the leaders

we at least have a chance to beat those teams we can't erase the lebanon loss though but a riverdale win will

 

 

lebanon apparently used all their 9 lives and every trick play and got every call for one glorious half against smyrna and since then have lost 3 games

 

I know they didn't have their qb last week but boy they looked awful

I love the lack of respect on here can someone tell me the last time they saw someone say that another team has more skill players than us ? to say lebanon has a chance i will agree if we dont play well they CAN beat us but to say they are that much better with skill players to give them the edge in MY OPINION is ludacris

More skill players than Riverdale?? no way!! saw Riverdale play DC & witnessed great teamwork on both sides of the football. Can they be beat? YES! Have not seen Lebanon play but know several fans from wilson co and from what they say too many individuals & not enough team. Riverdale wears you down with it's run game & then throws it deep when ever it wants (ASK DC).Any team can have a off night but in my opinion Riverdale wins this one by 2 TD's.
