Greeneville and Sullivan South Take 2!

Why Jones? Why do you have to go there? What has Comp or Taylor ever done to you? Taylor is one of the, if not the toughest player I've ever seen play at the high school level. He always gave it his heart and soul. All the while doing it with class. Why jab at him?

Why keep beating a dead horse? Keep watching the film, questioning the calls, and talking about how Sullivan South really won the game. The better team won, the better play makers made the plays when they counted, the better coaching staff made better adjustments. Drop it, if you two want to support Greeneville Friday night, then come on down. But till then, we can go back and forth like this till next football season. The outcome will never change.

True VT, but the game you are referring to was a regular season game. This game had much higher implications. Win or go home. Unfortunately for us, we're at home now because of it. It's a very tough pill to swallow. Especially for the senior players/parents ie. Comp. Let him vent. Who's it hurting?

Comp & Volman, I believe our coaching staff is second to none and feel we are fortunate to have them all. Each time you lose at this level, hopefully you learn from it. Did coach Mac teach something new about the spread? #3 walked up under center in short yardage situation and converted. Not saying this is the answer, but we never go under center. I would have liked our chances with Bradley behind Beedle at the 1foot line. It is hard to spread the field from the goal-line and a one back set makes you pretty predictable.

You and me both, not to discount Taylor in any means, I think it would have been my call of choice.

I agree 100%! I think even Comp might agree?? I like the ball in TF's hands from pretty much any place on the field normally. But, personally, I would have ran the sneak on that one particular play. Live and learn.

I agree Jones, but your previous post seemed to personally attack TF. He doesn't deserve that.

None of you candy loud mouths have the film. You are the only pansies trying to be smart on here. You have nothing to base your pitiful argument on except your loud mouths. The people that matter have seen the film and they aren't saying a word because they know that they in fact did lose in regulation on the TD with 30 seconds left. They've seen the film. The coaches have graded the film. And quietly they know they were handed the game. No one with any knowledge of officiating will comment here because there have been problems with the ref in question numerous times before.

Lord, honey, we can tell you are homeschooled.

Do you really want to take one poster and draw a conclusion on homeschooling? Better be careful because the majority on here are products of the public school system, and the grammar is, oftentimes, atrocious.

Not trying to start a debate here, just saying that in your position, you should know better than to go down that road. FWIW, Tim Tebow was from a homeschooled family, and he seems to be well adjusted. My point is, homeschoolers, just like public school students, come in all makes and models. Therefore, to draw a conclusion such as yours does an injustice to homeschoolers everywhere.

Has nothing to do with you. She's just defending herself. Sometimes home school is better. Just like you said. Relax.

Then by all means DIRECT IT TOWARDS ME! In this whole thread you have done nothing but hack on #15. And it's OK because he is more of a man than you will ever be. Now you say it was directed more towards Comp. Then do it pal...direct it all towards me. Not just more of it...ALL OF IT. Oh, I get it...it's easier to pick on a player than to go to the source. You know, I'm sorry...I shouldn't have gotten upset with you because of your statement. Some people have worthwhile things to say and some don't. I think you know what category you are in.
