Madison - Hampton

Hampton wins this one. Madison didn't so much "turn it on" yesterday, so much as the other team "turned it off". I think that Hampton wins, but the second best A team will be determined today (Friday) with OS and Clarkrange. Hampton will finish second to which ever team wins that game.

Hampton trails 27-15 at the half. Faulkner is playing well for Madison and they look much better as a team than they did against Pickett Co. Hampton has too many unforced turnovers, easy missed shots, and sloppy passes. A couple of bad calls on Mckinney didn't help either. For Hampton to win they better go to a full court man press and hope Madison cannot handle it.

It is amazing isn't it? I would have a very hard time ever betting against a Steve Patterson coached team.

Coach patterson is one of the best coaches around. This isnt the only team he has led to state tournament. Correct me if i'm wrong, but he took trenton peabody too. He's always had well disciplined and IMO underestimated teams. Not only is coach patterson a great coach, but he is a great role model for the girls. I dont think i've met a man as kind and motivating not only on the court, but off as well. Madison girls are up 29-18 last i heard.
