Ted Ladd is a GREAT D Coordinator. Had the honor of working with him and had ALWAYS had a scheme for our opponents..

 

I also know he could coach the O lIne as well.

 

 

Ted is a great coach and could easily fill the holes that I mentioned, but will he be willing to put the time in for such little money.

Ted would and has always been the best D-coordinator Grundy County has ever had. That was in the day where you could work the kids and had parents who understood the discipline and work ethic that is required to win championships. Good luck to Nick on getting your kids in shape. I hear that running will get him fired if one gets sick.

Andrews should be DC if Nick is calling the plays.. its a no brainer, hes the most experienced football coach on the field right now.

I heard that Coach Bryant has got the boys working out hard. Harder than they have ever worked out. They have been strictly lifting weights for 5 or 6 weeks and plan to start running in a couple of weeks. I believe this is a step in the right direction. Good luck to the Jackets and Good Luck to Coach Bryant. Keep pushing the players hard in the weight room.
