Boyd Buc vs Copper Basin

I have been hearing how good Copper Basin-Ducktown was this season, but I'm sorry but I don't believe that anymore. I picked Boyd Buchanan-Brainerd to win this game and it came out that way. It sounds like this was a decent game so congratulations to Boyd on the win.

I seriuosly have to say that was the slowest game I have ever watched in my life. And I agree Basin kept passing to BB when I thought their run game was making soem good ground a considerable amount of time. Also THROW THE BALL AWAY FOR GODS SAKE!!! Two huge yardage loses could have been prevented. One last jab and I will shut up. Like I said to those that want to dwell on the "What if" PC and CB would play, it is not good, it would be bad, like badder than bad, like -100 yardage bad. Could you imagine Hargroves, The Farmer kids, and Allen on D against them O' dear lord it would be devastating to watch.

Coach J is right. I havent seen Copper Basin-Ducktown play, but I saw Boyd Buchanan-Brainerd get beat down at South Pittsburg and I saw South Pittsburg get beat down at Polk County-Benton. I agree that if Boyd beat Copper then oh good Lord, Polk would beat that bunch on top of that Copper Mountain by 70.

I love how you have a name for every team. Lol thats awesome. I agree with you 100 percent. Polk would play their starters for a couple of minutes in a game against "Copper Mountain"

Troll I know most private schools hate other private schools but you take it to a new level. All this hating on the eve of your girls finishing runner-up in the state championship too. Reaction was sitting with with Pirate Mike and I was around the 40 yard line all night about half way up. I usually don't make a habit of talking to any one in Auburn colors. As I posted earlier CB ain't no SP and if it had not been for the Ref's giving the ball to CB on the goal line it would been 28-7 as I predicted.

 

I thought the CB team last year played harder than this years team.

Sorry I missed ya. I don't think there was any hatin' in my assessment of the game. I said yall deserved to win and I congratulated yall. Meant it too.

I just said both teams looked terrible and would lose in the first round of the playoffs if they play like they did tonight. I think that's a fair assessment. Frankly, I expected more from both teams. I thought CB was better than they are. I was wrong.

I was near the goal line on the fumble, and there was a great video clip on one to the nightly sports segments. It was a clean strip and the ball clearly never crossed the plane. Unfortunate for Boyd, but a good call.

As for the tight-shorted sport, I'm probly gonna have to make the drive to MTSU to watch that one tomorrow. Should be a real barnburner. If I'm not mistaken, I think they have an almost equal split in matches this year. We did beat yall in the Regionals and beat yall again today to send you into the losers bracket. Just hope we can do it again tomorrow.

 

Hate is such a harsh word, but I live with teenage girls; and, I can assure you those girls hate each other.

Congrats Boyd on another Title...as for Copper Basin, slow and HIGHLY overrated. In my opinion, No where close to being a TOP TEN team. Good luck in the playoffs!!
