Greenfieldfan did not claim to be a expert on LC. But many 14a fans have seen LC for at least 4 years now, and most know what they can do. UC has a good team, but most feel not as much skill players.

The ones you're thinking about are the Lewis brothers from South Fulton. They transferred to UC, and the older brother is one of UC's best tailbacks, while the younger brother is a good basketball player. They've played for South Fulton until this past year. Now, they play for UC.

 

 

The Nettles girl played for Obion Central...then went to Westview for a few months...then transferred to UC???? Sounds like there's something going on with all that....who transfers that many times?

Khiry Lewis is the younger brother,a junior,is one of UC's best tailbacks,and Montre Lewis is the older,a senior,is the better basketball player.

Greenfield got beat by Lake Co. tonight 52-39. In the 4th quarter, it was 34-31 Lake Co...but Greenfield couldnt get the shots to fall, and made a lot of turnovers...walking, dribbling the ball off the foot, etc. Lake Co. hit their free throws to pull away at the end.

 

Lake Co. has a good team again this year. Bigster, it was good to see you, again.

UC beat a much improved Trenton team tonight by 13. Things are beginning to shake out, the Reedy girl got hurt tonight looked bad heard it was just an ankle sprain. Hope to get her back before the Greenfield game.

Lake Co. has a good team again this year. Bigster, it was good to see you, again.

Just glad to go to Greenfield and come away with a win.I feel like Bradford and Greenfield are two of the toughest places to go play.I don't think Lake Co ever trailed in the game and would go up by around 10 points and Greenfield came down and hit some long threes at a good time.I believe #11, a sophomore hit about 3 in a row off the bench with nothing but net.A very good Greenfield team that I still think will be there at the end.I was worried about the Jackets last night but I thought the speed of Lake Co on defense took some things away,basically it was a couple girls and McMullen that got the points.The other girls didn't get the open looks like they may against other teams.Good win against a very good team.

I hear the folks from Humboldt are getting tired of Coach Johnson. Getting fed up with him. First of all he is a joke as a coach and i talk to a lady today from Humboldt said he mistreats the girls as as well. They are suppose to go to the BOE about i haven't heard yet! But if thats true something needs to be done! I have to agree he is no coach!

Humbolt's girls team has the talent to advance deep into the post season almost every year but they never even have a winning record.

      Sounds like y'all got a lot of bodies to choose from. We lost 2 really good seniors and have 4 from Junior High that has moved up. That will give us 12 starting summer camps. As you know we all have to stay healthy. Proud Alexander and Micah are going to play together at Bethel. They were really fun to watch at the All Star game in Murfreesboro. They have real good chemistry together on the floor.

      Baxter will do what they most always do.....at a minimum produce at least 9 Ws and run into at least the 2nd round.....Booger actually enjoyed seein them in the Gold Ball contest last season.... Booger just sayin

      Well personally I see us going 9-1 so that isn't doom and gloom to me , Most people are thinking 6-4. Bearden will be the possible loss but hoping not. I was very impressed with what I saw this spring.

      the kid you are speaking about, played in JV games,  2H half Science Hill game, split time in Hardin Valley and Bearden and that was it.   The upcoming Senior RB was All Region as a Junior and is regarded by the media as one of the top running backs in East TN for 2024 season. Scouting services have him as a top 10 back in the state.  Something aint adding up with gloom and doom. Maybe he was hurt and not at spring practice when you watched?
