Ain't no Central alum on the planet, be he Todd Helton, Tim Irwin, Bubba Trammell, Hayne Steed, Cassen Jackson-Garrison, Kippy Bayless, or any former Bobcat got a thing on Chad Brown.  When I think of Central High I think of Chad Brown first and foremost.

As a fan of Campbell County, I'd dread it if you hired Rodney Ellison. As a friend of Rodney, I'd be overjoyed for him. In 2-3 years you'd see improvement there like you saw at CC with Matt and Justin.

Be one heck of a hire, I have known him for some time & it seems he is always a part of something good. He built Wartburg up into a respectable program & his offense at Clinton this year put up big #s. I think he would strive at a school with the athletes Central has.

I'm just not sure that he is what is needed at Central..obviously he has done an incredible job but I'm not sure he is the guy to get Central back to its glory days

Well that's their problem right there...

Exactly! Stanton Stephens. Maybe? New principal at central is from oak ridge. May have a previous connection. But not sure Stephens had much success but I do recall a state championship at AE but otherwise not much success. As far as athletes at Central. Nothing like the hey day. Have some but the fact is this none of them would start back in the day of Helton Jackson-Garrison Terrance Scott etc. Also depth of athletes is that of a good one A team. This is a Major rebuild in a community Ftn City/Inskip that doesn't produce a lot of athletes. Roster will have to be supplemented with out of zone athletes and those in Lonsdale that are zoned for Central. Also re zoning of Norwood has had a major impact. Going take a guy that is familiar with the landscape and dynamic of the area.
