MaryvilleRebels
Maryville was really pumped up last night when they were out there. They wanted that game bad. I think the seniors will once again want a golden ball just as much as ever. So, they will be out there swarming. I'm not sure when the last time Ravenwood made it to state, but how they respond to the big stage might play a factor. From what I understand they are pretty balanced that that will be huge for them. Maryville can usually handle one-dimensional teams. Hopefully it is a fun and exciting game, and that Maryville heads back East with another title! BarneySox2007
http://www.ravenwoodfootball.com/ Thanks for the info on this team. It's nice to know all the players and who your playing.
Kevin38
RAVENWOOD DOESN'T HAVE A SHOT....THEY ARE A TEAM THAT WILL HAVE TOO MUCH RESPECT FOR THE REBS AND CROWN THEM BEFORE THEY STEP ON THE FIELD.... Not that they will win, but as someone fortunate enough to have played for and won a state title as a player I disagree, they will give their ALL to win this game and the better, more prestige they are, the better effort they will give. The things you are saying are more for fans/coacht'ers, the kids really dont care about that stuff, they just want to win.....

BatmanDB
My smart phone is having a problem with this matchup. It keeps kicking back to three days ago. I just don't think Sam can except the fact this Ravenwood team is on a thread with Maryville .A lot of fans were throwing Oakland under the bus way to fast last night.Smart posters knew that was a monster turnover and score before the half.Hats off to that Oakland bunch.I don't know what Ravenwood had for a pregame meal yesterday, but it must have been loaded with something that put them in a bad mood because they took it out on that team Sam and I have heard so much about.Well, Samsung will have to deal with it and this should be a great game next Saturday. warhawks
Looking at this game I think Maryville gets the win! Best wishes for a clean and injury free game for both teams!
Kevin38
Its hard to go against Maryville but I aint scarred, I say some are over looking Ravenwood even though I know the players/coaches for Maryville are not and will be ready. I say RW keeps it close and pulls it out late something like 35/34-31.....
orangeandwhite
Ravenwood is surely a good team or they wouldn't be in the state title game it's that simple. Having said that it would be hard for any fan that has followed Highschool football in the state of TN. to bet against the Rebels of Maryville. You sit in the stands and have nothing to dot with the outcome. Ravenwood will be a good challenge. Still to early to make intelligent picks. Red Rebels
I just realized my brother's house is in the Ravenwood zone. His kids are younger so they get a lot of our "Rebels" gear hand me downs. This is a cruddy map off the Williamson County schools website.
