Seems to me the play calling hasn't changed in the past few years. Wing t been a staple there for a while??? Anyone that has noticed anything different please correct? I will be watching my tv to see if I need to correct myself. New coach or not, the play calling don't look much different to me. I have only seen the Jeff Co. game live, but wing t is wing t. Pujo, is that what they ran against you all in the playoffs last year? O&B, feel free to name the offense you seen last from the rams??? Seems to me this is an open and shut case. My guess is Mkamy is the guy pulling the trigger on offense. Pride, has the offense changed in the last few years? I am confused, please tell me I haven't completely lost my "EXPERT" eye for the game

Welcome back TOYOTAMAN! You're right, we are a wingT offense. You also know that it starts with the BIGS up front. If they don't get mean, we don't move the chains...

Wing T Toyotaman. They may be throwing more out of it this year. The new QB's dad is probably helping and its bothered someone. I doubt Coach Mckamey has sold his soul to the QB. I'm sure the offence is just fine.

    • I'm not a Powell grad.  I am a Bearden grad.   My son and daughter are Powell grads.   I did radio play by play for Powell, my last year was 2013. I also did radio play by play for South Doyle, and my last gig was at Maryville before I retired.   My oldest grandson plays in the Karns Middle program, so I see more Karns games than I do Powell these days.  I've been to 3 Powell games since 2013.   I don't have any ties to Powell, haven't since 2013.   No "y'all" there.    And the kid you are talking about does have a very good arm, but he's not the QB that Deuce Rogers is.  Rogers is a legit dual threat guy.  The younger kid now at Clinton, or about to be at Clinton, isn't the dual threat that Rogers is.
    • No sir. I watched it specifically and it was very dirty. He cleated the boy on purpose. Apparently, it’s an issue in football as well from what several schools have said. That said, looking forward to a good game 3. ER hit it well in game 2.
    • He is the transfer. 5star spoke on him in their new qb1 series. Didn’t list em as a transfer but I knew the name
    • Gunner Warren was the second starter, freshman. SP #1 arm impressed me last night.
