Idk they played East Nashville 14-0 without 10 starters…. They played Mt Juliet apparently with most of their team back and got beat 53-24, and there starting QB threw a weak punch at one of our Defensive Linemen and got ejected on their second offensive drive. Sounds about right on par.

 

They we’re athletic, poorly coached, poorly disciplined, and outmatched against us.

Why would the Bellevue folks be steaming?  The new school's color scheme?  The new school is going to be very nice and should initially bring some new energy and transfers.  Don't see anything negative from this weeks' news from Bellevue regarding the new school's name, logo and color scheme. I am not following where you are going with this post ... BTW, Good luck in the playoffs.  Bring metro a gold ball. It's been too long!

You must been missing the boards and the Mnps page comments “they deleted most” Bellevue high alumni wanted it to be names Bellevue high but metro went another way. They also thought they was gone keep the Bellevue high school colors but they didn’t. Also thank you man. We gone try our best.

Actually they played with out a lot of guys against you as well. They were without two of their best defensive players. heck they have played the whole year with out last years region defensive player of the year. Their third best defensive player was playing on a bad leg. they were missing their top two running backs and two of their top 2 receivers. Also the quarter back that was ejected also was the starting safety so that makes 4 of their top defensive players. Also it would have been nice if the refs called that flag correctly. instead of letting #6 punch a kid in the stomach after the whistle four times. It should have either been offsetting personal fouls or both kids ejected. So we are at 8 starters not including those missing on the o-line.

Long past time, glad metro schools are getting much needed upgrades
