I'm gonna take the Injuns in this one

Agree. I think it's close(like tonight for Harriman) but Oneida's D and running game pull out a win.

Lambert in this week's newspaper on looming games against Harriman and Coalfield:

"We're just going take care of us. We're not going to worry about what they do. When we get a chance to tee it up against them we're certainly going to."

TL is a good one.

This one is very interesting.......either team is capable of winning it.  Based on their recent play you would have to say Oneida has a bit more momentum.  Harriman might have been looking ahead last night?  Midway almost pulled a stunner.  Don't look now but Oneida's offense has looked very sharp over the last several weeks or so (and I am including the King's Academy game).  I might just fire up the War Wagon and travel down to Harriman this coming Friday.  Prediction coming about Wed. or Thur.

Here we go!

Little buddy this team you all have is impressing me more every week!I told you when we played I really liked this team and good things were coming!I will be completely honest with you,I hope someone knocks you out of the playoffs so we don't get matched up again because THIS is a DANGEROUS football team!Good coaching, great fundamentals and a desire to win makes you all better than you should be.I do not think you blow them out especially at Harriman but you get the win and I'm coming to the reservation the last game of the year to see you all play Coalfield and that's gonna be a slobberknocker just for what will be at stake.Indians by 10!

    • I hear the Stansberry kid is having receiver's come out all the time to help put in some work.    RWR!! I hope 20+ kids are showing up.
    • I think that pretty much sums it up, really. To be perfectly honest, I'm far less sour about Eagleville getting to host themselves in the state tournament every year than I am the fact that we find ourselves in a position that we have to play STATE TOURNAMENT games at a blamed Single A facility.
    • It's time to put away with the award. 18 players selected, and 17 of those players are from Middle and East Tennessee. I guess they don't play baseball in West Tennessee. I understand there will be players that were "snubbed." We can make a legit argument that it occurs in Mr. Football and as well as Mr./Mrs. Basketball. But baseball is not a place where we can sit here and say "these are the 3 best players in this class and that class."  And we got to get rid of these polls bullcrap that's being released. It's all nonsense.
    • Thanks. I'm just trying to understand how this process works.   It seems like a bit of a sweetheart deal to me but the cookie has to crumble somewhere I guess.
    • He won’t got anywhere he has it made in h20 he prob makes almost what a head coach in t c makes plus there’s not as much pressure there everyone is a use to the losing there. I say he will be there for many years just waiting for Webster to leave…
