Back when Maryville was 4A, it was clock work that we met Knox Central in the semis (I think semis? Maybe quarters, but I digress). I would love for Maryville and Oakland to become a similar rivalry throughout the rest of the 2010s

To the fans from Maryville, Thank You for another classy fun filled year.

 

To Oakland, Congratulations on the win.

 

To the Coaches for Oakland, plan two plays ahead.  This play by play only giving the QB about 5 seconds to set is ridiculous!  To the Coach bouncing up and down all over the sidelines, CALM DOWN!  Your antics do nothing to instill confidence or calm for your defense when they need it.  Defense, please come up with a way to defense the short pass over the middle this week, like TOMORROW!

 

To the fans I didn't get to meet, I am sorry.  I was the large frozen figure next to the concession stand that was thawing out in the bathroom during the TV breaks.

 

Oakland, PLEASE get rid of that so called music over the loud speakers!  It was even more annoying than Blackman's karaoke girl.
