Yeah the average time a home is on the market is about 2-3 days in Oak Ridge now. Plus there just isn't any big industry to draw people into town for jobs anyway. Oh well

Oak Ridge is the only place I know you can run down to The Home Depot and buy a storage building and convert it into a house and sell it for a $125.00 a square foot.

Murphy Fair has released his Preseason 5A All State team and Oak Ridge is well represented. At running back is Jordan Graham, who tweeted he was surprised by the pick. Jordan seems to be aware last season was not what he or anybody expected for him and wants to have a great year. At DB is K. Pendergrass. He also has been working hard to get ready for this season. Now, in a odd selection is Jeremy Mitchell at DL! The other DL selections are over 230 lbs. and Jeremy is maybe 180. Even Jeremy was surprised he was a DL In fairness to Murphey Fair, when you look at Jeremy's junior season highlights on You Tube he does line up at times like a DL and blitz like a rabid dog. Jeremy is probably one of the best Wildcat players ever. I really believe that.

Futon had a couple players on the Preseason team but probably deserved at least four. Catholic was also under represented. West had one player. Just goggle murphyfair too see the list.

Yes, he is back on the team and played in the scrimmage.  Good to have him back!

Walking down is NOT the problem.  Its when I have to shoot up a emergency flare to get a ride back UP!  LOL
