Any names coming out of G town ?

If you're talking about Gordonsville, I don't know of any frontrunners.

I've learned that historically people don't apply for that job. The last 8 times it was open, the most applicants at once has been 2, and that only happened once. The other times, there either only one applicant or there were none.

Hard to believe no one much applies for the head job.

I guess Croz doesn't have the insider information anymore . My inside source says already 5 have put their names  in for Gordonsville.

I think I know of 2 on staff now that will apply.

I do have some good inside sources. I just haven't asked, because I imagine people are wearing the AD and the Principal out with questions.

I, personally, have more invested in this hire as my son will be a freshman next year.

If you have names, feel free to message me and fill me in.

One of the applicants will bring chaos but seems to be high on the list.

Let's just say we in Hartsville are rootin for him to get it.

Come on, give some names. I talked to the AD at church. He said there's been a lot to inquire and several send in resumes, good and bad.

The amount of interest has me optimistic.

    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
    • Are you trying to say you didn't find Seven and ShadySlim going at it?
