I am confused fellas? What film are we talking about? Please don't get upset Carinal faithful,I know some of ya and don't meen to sound jerkish but,Aville played a week one team  that looked horrific unorganized and not ready to play!!!! Week 2 the opponent wasn't much better! Not saying that Aville won't peak and rock it towards the end!But I haven't seen one thing that would suggest a Card domination of the Lions, don't get me wrong the Cards dress more players than some 4 A teams, and well we know the Lions have a smaller than most 1A teams roster, correct any untruth in that sentence!I don't get where the bluster from some that I don't even know if they are Cardinal faithful is coming from!!!! And As always Roll Golden Tide!!!!

First off none of the cardinal faithful are beating our chests about anything.  We beat two average teams in which we were outsized and out ranked athlete wise.  We are injured and limping into this contest hoping to just make it a game.  We won those 2 games by sheer fight.  No quit in these boys.  Then luck helped too.  No matter what TCA and Adamsville always gives you your moneys worth.

Flash and the Duke Boys are a comin’!!  We warned everybody in Nov of 2015 that Pony and the Stampede was a comin’ and nobody believed us!  This group of Seniors is the meanest group ever to come through TCA!  They aren’t huge but they are tough and will hit you.  Then you have Flash!  Just better hope he doesn’t get it in the open field! He won’t run over you like Goldsmith but if he gets to the corner you better have an angle!  Adamsville has an outstanding D.  I suspect TCA will sputter early but will find its groove by the second Q!

    • A lot of people don’t realize how valuable JMO was. QB, safety, punter and holder on pat’s. Kid did it all. I fully believe if he was healthy Dburg would have made it to the ship last year.
    • If Dyersburg quarterback who is also starting safety hadn’t got hurt it would of another blowout
    • For perspective the county school I’m associated and graduated from only has 7,600 people in the entire county with a median age of roughly 47. That’s not very many 14-18 year olds to choose from. I think the football team had 25-28 kids or around there.  On the other hand Shelby County has 916,000+ with a median age of 36. This isn’t just about Shelby county, but all the big ones with huge economic advantages!  An urban/rural split would benefit tons of smaller schools that have to compete with counties with 120x the amount of people. Especially the ones who can pick and choose their players from a pool like that!   I also agree with Pujo about charter and magnets and they will eventually be phased into the private divisions because it is obviously an advantage plus all the funding! Add that county schools can’t go recruit outside of their county like charters and magnets!
    • They should be starting next week and go from there.  They never do Spring Practice in April
