Yes radius is for privates, leave old district bona fide change of address to home in different district but in same district as new school. Both parents must move also.Immediate eligibility.

In Knox County you can move to another residence outside of your old school district , but not to the school district of the new school you attend now and still be eligible in Knox County. There was a bonifide change of address, but not in to the new school district where  the player plays now. They live in different school district than where the player attended previously, but not in the district where the player attends school now. But the player is eligible? Doesn't make since, but that's one of Knox County Schools open zone gray area schools that he plays for now.

Let me see if I get this straight... "Said student" plays 2017 season at WC... Then transfers from WC to NE in Spring of 2018... Goes through spring practice with NE in 2018... Being a good athlete, he finds a starting role at NE... Coach at NE put it on paper that he transferred with his mother to NE in Spring of 2018 due to job change so "said student" can play... When, according to the Leaf Chronicle and other media outlets, was found to be false, due to the fact that she has been employed since 2016 at NE... Anyways, TSSAA deems "said player" eligible because of what looks to them to be a legit cause to move schools (Mother and son transferring due to job change)... Then, NE SELF REPORTS the playing of an ineligible player mid-season, and blame ALL fault on another school, administration, coach(es), and person(s).... AND EVERYONE AROUND IS OK WITH THAT???? What message are you sending to society... That it is ok to break the rules?? To not have to be held to the same standard that everyone else is... That it is ok to lie and cheat in order to get something you want...... Is that not the opposite of what today's children need to see and hear?? Set the example...

Then, to top it all off, continuous threats are made at those who think they know who the accusers were in this situation.... Who cares who you think turned you in (since they self reported)... It obviously wouldn't matter who turned you in if you would follow the rules...

931truth why don’t you stop being a coward and tell us who you are. If “Sheppy” won’t do anything to you I gladly will. I spent the past 9 years growing that nasty restaurant as you call it. He didn’t turn any in then or now. As for worst coach how many in this city have made it to state title game? Or coaches at multiple colleges. Wait and is still getting calls to coach. Is sure is not you buddy because your sitting at home being a keyboard warrior who is to big of sissy to admit who he is. Keep typing away little boy

One article says one thing, then it is updated and says another... According to the fine administered by the TSSAA, the $250 fine proves a "self-reporting" was issued as the fine if you do not self-report is $500... Nonetheless, who cares, it goes back to the fact of following the rules... Play by the rules and none of this matters!!
