I hope all you Pitchburg fans keep talking about other teams. Coach Mathis will have our kids ready. They were relentless last Friday. Marion County football is on it's way back up. We had a lot of injuries the past few years that hurt our team. Coach Mathis new plays for defense worked great last week vs Polk. He did not have to use any of his new plays for offense because we played with more heart and determination than our opponent. Our opponent this week from Pitchburg is a good team but we are a good team as well. We also have coaches that teach them how to play with honor and integrity. This will not be a runaway game by either team. Pitchburg has some fast kids and we have some too. This game will be which team is more relentless and plays with the most integrity during the game. As always its a great day to be a warrior!

Our team is not scared of Pitchburg. Our kids are loved by our coaches and treated to be good men. Coach Mathis makes sure of this for our team. We will play a clean game. You will not see us trying to cheat and play dirty. This team is relentess and will not be denied. We are getting better and better. I am not saying this will be an easy game for us but it will not be one for you either. You need to learn proper English doe doe head. Win the Day!

Nobody, he didn’t start until our fullback/linebacker went down. Him and the other fullback are interchangeable until the former got hurt. Nelson is the more talented of the two but he is still learning the position after playing wing at MC. I realize this was intended to be a jab because of the transfers you all have received but you will have to try harder. Unfortunately we didn’t get a transfer that is as heavily relied on like #6 is for y’all.
