Yeah when we get up in the morning we piss excellence. We are the best there is that's all there is to it. Most games we just show up and win. Hardest part is just getting to the stadium. Barely even lift or run either. Its just being a natural winner. Must be bred into us.

Probably due to being kinda close to SP, maybe weekend pirate trips to Decatur has upped your studding abilities :roflolk:

Where was the credit for SG last year. That may or may not have caused Oneida a loss, this deal absolutely costs Hampton a win.

I gave them plenty, still do. We played terrible, they helped with that. I called out grown men wearing SG gear obviously attempting to cheat. I also said that we should not have put ourselves in a position where 1 play decided the outcome. That was our fault. Again SG helped with that to. Go back and read the oneida SG thread. I never took away from what their team did.

You said just that, don't have to look back, remember it well.

Just a bigger school with a better drawing pool. Was 3a for years and never heard much about um.

I don't think either of us gets by them but I'm sure your boys would've loved a chance. If they're better (healthier) now then it might not be close this time but we ain't scared of 'em. We'll do what we can on defense and hopefully find a little offense to.

Agree on both accounts. We may have stood a better chance but no one will ever know. Its sure not automatic that you lose. I'll sure be listening.

This is the last I'll say about this subject.  Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and website is here for us to do just that. The issue here is people don't seem to think the misconduct in the play should warrant the negate of the touchdown. I however do. This rule was put in place to protect the kids and keep from injury. How many people on here would be judging this call if the kid had gotten hurt?? Please speak up as that's the issue here. Because no one was hurt people feel like the call didnt really affect the gameplay. But if it had everyone would have been calling for the player to get ejected etc. Its a disappointment that Hampton lost that way, honestly if the game had been played 5 different times and on different weeks it could have been the 5th week easily that decided the game. Anyhow this is the last I will speak on this as its ruining this thread. I will say @Appvol I have alot of respect for you as a person by stating what you believe in despite the crowd you run with on here. Most people would either not say anything at all if they disagree, or agree by association so to speak. You seem to have integrity, and have stated your opinion despite the fallout your getting from your buddies on here. And not the Marion kind of integrity either. Good job sir.

Also Meigs fans, Oneida is a threat, they were a threat last game. Will be a threat this game. We should give them that respect.

    • Why? Low pay. Low budget thanks to the Rotary milking the programs revenue. Foul smell. There are other negative things... Positives: the players and being toward the top of the classification numbers wise.
    • What we have here is an influx of outsiders raining down on the town of Maryville like a swarm of locust trying to change our culture into the same crap they moved away from. I have no issues with anyone coming here but don't bring your politics with you. Most people around here never pay attention to the elections and keep letting the same ole rats and vermin right back in the back door and wonder why things are like they are. The problem at Maryville High is mainly due to letting outsiders get a foothold on control and shove their agenda down everyone's throat. Anyone that leaves there or let's say ranoff are replaced with an outsider with the same mindset. Eventually Maryville High will never be the same as it once was which I'm beginning to believe already but it's only chance of survival are to recruit people that will get in there and reverse the damage that has already happened.
