Never too early....Who wins Class A 2020-21

Big game tonight at Gibson County as they host Dyer County. Dyer County gave McKenzie their only loss so I figure this to be another rumble. Both teams obviously good teams.

Union City Girls just knocked off Greenfield at Greenfield 53-36

93-89 Gibson County girls beat Dyer County girls. Heard fans got kicked out.

Got out of control. Must be a full moon this week. Both sides. Madison Hart got fouled literally every time she took it to the rim. We would have been in Murfreesboro she would have shot 40 FT’s. Best HS game I believe I have seen over here though. Dyer County can flat out play. Must have hit 20 Three’s. Unbelievable game is all I can say.

Wild game in GC tonight. First things first.   The refs were AWFUL and took away from a great game.  They were more worried about fans than players.   And couldn’t have been more inconsistent when they were calling the game.   Now the game.   Dyer County can  shoot the 3 as well as anyone I’ve seen.  Not sure how many they had tonight but it was a bunch.   Madison hart played through contact all night.   She will get those calls most nights.   But still probably had 30 or so.   And the 2 young guards just made plays when they had too.  Those 2 will be a force for the next 3 years.   Great game by both teams.  GC could have quit tonight but made a late run and pulled it out.

Summertown loses to AAA Oakland by 5 /  we got get away from big schools every game ( especially short handed ) don’t say it helps // getting beat up win or lose hard to handle - I try not to comment on officials but I know these guys haven’t refed any games but I’m not sure they’ve ever seen a game before - and these schools are pretty good for AAA - played only one A school ( Huntingdon )

Last two games in GC this week has been awful. Want to call touch fouls out front and letting almost intentional hacks go inside around the rim. Both games and for both teams. Unbelievable game tonight though. Dyer County is loaded. Dyer County, McKenzie and Creekwood are three teams you don’t want to get into a three point shooting contest with.

Summertown is loaded. Single A has more quality teams than I can ever remember. As long as you don’t get hurt, it will help you get battle tested.

Great win tonight @pioneer42 South Side  had a few ppl tonight to check the game out. The guy that was throwing ppl out is know by everybody to be horrible!

I just saw they have Lebanon next!  Wow nice schedule.  That just tells me coach has a lot of confidence in this team. Good luck.  You don’t get better playing cupcakes!  
 

Clarkrange is playing a similar schedule.  They added Stone and White County this weekend.  Both are (2) of the top AAA teams in middle tn.  

No fear!  I love it!  That’s why I love A ball so much.  The fan support and the passion is not matched in any other level.

Looked like a South Side Gibson County game. Every possession was full blast by both teams. Proud of our girls for keeping on keeping on. Unbelievable comeback for Gibson County. Cantrelle and Carrol with ice water in their veins. Big shot after big shot. Crowd was going crazy. Great win for our girls. They never cease to amaze me how deep they can reach. Gotta have heart.

I heard! Anytime a Single A team beats a AAA team you have a special team! Y’all coach does mind playing them AA & AAA teams to help prepare y’all for tournament time!
