Redrage4life
Has anyone looked at what the potential even split will be with the new 4 classifications?
Indian
It is hard to tell yet with possible big changes in numbers at some schools. It's 20-day counts from this school year.

Projections I did from most recent enrollments available were: Class A under 400 AA under 720 AAA under 1164 I'm sure there have been fluctuations in enrollment, opening/closing of charter schools, and some other new schools. Each class should have a number in the low-mid 80's.

Gibson County, Union City and Westview will all be AA looks like. Never know.
Indian
Some of the tiniest ones co-op, I don't think they're counted in the class breakdowns. That makes it harder to project.

I wasn’t a fan of four classes actually. Think 3 classes are enough personally. 6 classes in football is way too many as well, IMO. 48 minutes ago, Redrage4life said: Milan looks like they will be AA and possibly Bolivar. Will be interesting to see the numbers and how it all plays out. If we keep treating Covid like we do now, it won’t make any difference any way. Hard to play ball when 1 kid gets it and a team has to shut down for two weeks. Can’t play ball like that.
westtn12
Will this go into affect this season? 2020-2021 Or next season of 2021-2022??

The virtual students count for enrollment. Chester Co. maintained that they weren't offering an online option until zero hour, and we (Scotts Hill) picked up probably 50 students listed as enrolled that won't ever see a classroom here. Good thing for us that TSSAA went to four classes, or we'd have been in danger of being bumped up a class from it. Chester Co. may yet drop a class from it if the estimated cutoff is close.
