The coaches let the boys play last night, they had nothing to lose.

Sometimes coaches put to much pressure on there teams, from here on out the Warriors need to keep that mentality. Have fun and whatever happen's will happen.  It's like backyard football when I was a kid. You think, okay that team is stacked and there going to beat us so bad but then they have arguing about who is going to get the ball more and sometimes the under dogs would wipe the field with them, because they were on one page and just having fun and were all playing as a team to beat alot of individuals.

I'm very impressed by MC.. as was mentioned previously, they are playing good at the right time and last night's win was just like a playoff game. Warriors should win by 14+

If  you spread the ball out like you did the first half of the Marion game you will be able to compete with Trousdale for the most part. If you play like you did the second half vs Marion it will be ugly and quick. Trousdale always has a great run defense. You have to match that with either a great running offense or an above average passing game. Wish both teams an injury free game. Tyner  went away from the passing game in the second half vs Marion. To me that was the biggest difference in that game.

I'm not sure marion isn't the best team outta that region.

You guys sleeping on Bledsoe. I think the playoffs will show that Bledsoe is clearly the best team in region 3 - unless they have had some injuries.  They are extremely well coached.  Jumping ahead - I would give Bledsoe a much greater chance of beating TC at home in week 2 than I would give to Marion to beat Watertown.  If the seeds hold in the first week of course.

I'm just speculating. I don't know enough about  either to really make a call.

Marion defeating an undefeated 5A Rhea team would certainly back up your opinion.  But losing to Silverdale the week before is baffling.  Tyner really had MC on the ropes in the first half and - in my opinion -was the better team for much of the game.  After the first quarter at Bledsoe - I knew we (Tyner) were not a better team than BC.

Fun to speculate and thankful we have made it to the playoffs where we can see it played out on the field.

No injuries that I know of unless they happened last night.

    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
    • Dorian Eskridge had a great Junior year, highlighted by a great game to lead HVA to an upset win at OR that year. I think that was 2010. In 2011 OR won at HVA. OR had a real good QB that year l think. Dorian Eskridge had a great senior year also. He always played hard from the DCM videos l saw.
