What if in the course of DB inquiring about what contact tracing had be done by McMinn and which players should be quarantined, McMinn countered with a “didn’t y’all have Covid recently? Which of your players are in a 14 day quarantine?” And now the whole “submitting data and evidence” is the TSSAA telling both teams to Submit proof that they properly quarantined all the players they should have- each of them being asked to prove via documentation that they responded to any Covid situation appropriately and  should be able to play. And it’s taking a while b/c they have to wade through all the documentation and await responses from health departments and get statements.
