Pearl-Cohn at Stewart County TSSAA State Quarterfinals

This game is a true case of the often overused "David vs Goliath".  Pearl-Cohn is one of the elite teams in the entire state regardless of class.  They are a powerhouse.  Stewart County is the feel-good-story of the entire state and has been on an incredible run.  I'd like to meet one person who had this matchup when the season kicked off.

I live about 15 to 20 minutes away from SCHS, just just try to get tickets for this one, SC has never even won in the playoffs before, this must be very exciting for that community...

Stewart County is truly a underdog in this one. What I have seen from this team is amazing the last few weeks. No quit and playing as a team. Pearl Cohn a true state power. The Rebels will give it their best shot, stay tuned.

I graduated from East. What type of question is that! PC just a better team than SC.

You can say underdog but 10-1 and quarterfinalist gets our attention!

Pearl-Cohn beat Stewart County in the 1st Round last year.  These too teams aren't totally foreign to one another.  

 

ballinup90, it doesn't matter "who East could've, should've, would've, almost beat" because at the end of the day buddy you're now sitting at the house or dribbling basketballs.  

 

Hats off to Stewart County.  Chanz Swartz deserves to be named Coach of the Year in Class 3A this year and his kids deserve this because they have gone from the outhouse to the penthouse in a very short period of time.
