57-55 Clay. Madison had a good look at a 3 at the buzzer.

Two very good teams. Madison had two chances to tie or win it and missed. Strong from Clay dominated this game. Best player on the floor. Clay missed two separate chances to put it away. Great game!

Clay had a great defensive plan. Coach Edwards is one of the best coaches in the state.

I was very impressed by Strong. Madison didn't get Pegues enough paint touches

Agreed!  Pegues is a nice player as well. He was solid on the block. Clay loaded with underclassmen. Only one senior and it’s not Strong!
