Lake County vs. West Carroll

LC travels to West Carroll this Friday. LC is coming off a hard fought loss to Peabody and WC is coming off a loss to McKenzie. Which team will rebound this week and get the W?

This game may be tighter than some think. I feel like LC will pull away in the 2nd half. LC seems to struggle when playing at West Carroll. I never seen LC get a fair whistle in Atwood but usually LC finds away to get out their with a win.

Obviously being one of the worst ever sports predictors, don’t put too much stock in this, but for some reason I have a hunch that the War Eagles have sharper talons & will fly higher than the Falcons on Friday and will get the W (didja see what I did there? Ha!). Which should bode well for LC oddsmakers. (Yep, now that I made my prediction we know which way the betting will go!).

If the same LC team show up that has the past two games…woodshed! Comparing scores is irrelevant most of the time but come on Humboldt scored 44 on them. It may stay close for a half but the nickname gang is just too much

You control the West Carroll quarterback and you control the team. Shut him down and you win by bunches. Let him run buckwild and he will keep West Carroll in the game or win it for them

Lake County beat Humboldt what 42-0?? I am thinking 35-14  42-14 Lake County.

I think this game will be hard fought and WC won’t quit, I just don’t see a way that Moon can get lose on LC, last years first game LC imploded and was dominated by a big senior loaded line, and they still won, second game was all LC, I know WC will play with pride and grit I just think the Falcons and nick name game get a big W !
